Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Stefanocoding (“we”, “us”, “our”), including signing in via Discord OAuth through Authentik and accessing BookStack via Authentik as an OpenID Connect (OIDC) provider, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services unless excplicit permission has been given.

2. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration & Authentication

  1. Discord OAuth
    • You may authenticate via Discord OAuth through Authentik. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.
  2. OIDC via Authentik for BookStack
    • Access to BookStack requires a valid Authentik OIDC session. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Authentik credentials.
  3. Account Security
    • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful or harmful activities.
  • Bypass or circumvent any security or access controls.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
  • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

  1. Your Content
    • You retain ownership of any content you create or upload, subject to our right to use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
  2. Our Content
    • All software, designs, graphics, logos, and documentation provided by Stefanocoding are our property or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the services available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily suspend access.

8. Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stefanocoding will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stefanocoding and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the Netherlands.
